In the United States, over half of all LGBTQ+ adults were vaccine-hesitant. They were concerned about trusting a healthcare system that has systemically neglected them in the past.
To remedy this, we created Ms. Information: an awareness campaign dedicated to slaying myths circulating social media and serving up facts about COVID-19, the vaccine, and doing it fabulously (I mean, who doesn’t love a drag queen?)
Ms. Information began as a website and social media campaign (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter), but her larger-than-life tone and personality (written by moi and brought to life by performer and activist Miz Jade) quickly won her spots as a podcast guest, a partnership with GMHC, and a feature in AdWeek!
